CCF came from grass roots of giving our community members in need a peanut butter and Jelly sandwich. To developing relationships with partners like Amazon and Panera bread to help our community at a greater scale.

Our Mission is to serve Jesus, by loving others and sharing his love. We help to bring transformation in peoples lives by loving them, equipping them to serve.
